Youth Ministry Module One

 

The first step to truly effective Youth Ministry, is understanding the world our young people live in. We suggest that you begin with the devotional study "Immanuel in a World of Doubt" as well as the podcast of the "Oma Whimpy Show" for insights into young people's lives.

 

Next, use the Assessment Tool found on this site to evaluate the current status of Youth Ministry in your congregation.

 

The articles on "The Foundation of Youth Ministry" and "Developing a Philosophy of Youth Ministry" may be used by adult leaders as they prepare to launch or re-launch their congregation's Youth Ministry.
